Was going to go for a long bike ride but got about 10m down the road before I realised I had another puncture in my back tyre, so went to the gym instead.

Jogged down to the gym and back as walking seems to take a million times longer then cycling or running. Wore trainers and was pain free :)

Got a physio appointment today and it turns out I have a very mild Achillies Tendinopathy. Have some excersises to do but won't be able to run for another week :(

Was going to go and run Toni's night race on Blackford but it was too painful to even walk down the hall in my running shoes.
Tried running in my trainers and my heel doesnt hurt at all which was odd.

So went for a run around the mean streets of Marchmont instead and did some drills and strides in the meadows.

Going to see if I can get a physio appointment soon though

Heel still hurting in shoes so went swimming again.

Did a spinning class instead of intervals. Really tired at the moment and have already fallen asleep in lectures and its only the second day back.

Advanced circuits. Pumping out some major excersises to a bit of remixed Scooter and Bonnie Tyler. Monday evenings don't get much better than this.
