Shortish warm up for the middle distance race.

NAOM middle distance race. Nice terrain, mostly open with lots of big boulders and rocky formations. The ground was very wet due to heavy rain in the night before and in the morning. I didn't have a good race, some mistakes, about 3 minutes total. 2nd place today (1:29 behind). No problems with Achilles tendon this time, but now the lower back is a bit sore. Happy to be able to run though.

NAOM night sprint in the town of Crato. Good conditions, temperature was ok.
Had a good race, no mistakes. Couldn't run full speed, achilles tendon still a bit sore. Surprisingly I won this race.

Model event of NAOM near Castelo de Vide. O walking. Nice terrain: open with lots of boulders. No problem with achilles tendon at walking pace. Weather much better now, sunny but cold.

Muba-OL near Basle.Traditionally with map Allschwilerwald as every year. Nice weather, sunny, no snow on the ground. Course was technically easy. I had a good race, no major mistakes. Sore achilles slowed me down a bit in the last part of the race, but I was still fast enough to win M65.
