Flims-Nagens-Mutta. Good weather and snow conditions. Not as cold as expected. Total downhill: 3600m. Counted 100m of downhill as 1 minute at intensity 1.

Prada, Isla, Laghizun, Rens, Flims, Conn, Sur Aua. Fischer Super light (waxless). Beautiful weather ( the track ). Probably the longest distance I ever did on XC-skis. Adductors didn't like it! Final workout of this high volume week (>16h).
