Hamstring still sore after yesterdays short jogging. Some lower back pain in addition too. Seems I am falling into pieces more and more...

In the meantime playing with new toy: Smartphone Samsung I8910 (with GPS). Succeded to install Nokia Sports Tracker on it. Did a short test walk with it. Speed curve is a bit shaky at low speed. No HR.

7th National Event near Thun. Bad luck again. Just the same as the week before: Hamstring pain, a wrong control and time would be 2nd best again too... Very frustrating.
Decided not to run the race of tomorrow. No more orienteering/running for the rest of the season is probably the best to do.
