Orienteering race 35:51 [3] *** 4.48 km (8:00 / km)
14c

Fastest time on the course. Nailed the first three controls and everything went smoothly after that. I had been focused since I woke up in the morning, and I payed very close attention to what the terrain was doing around me. I did not run faster than I could navigate, but that might have been because of all of the rocks, hillsides, and climb which made running difficult. All of my training has prepared me for a brutal course, though, so I managed to go hard until the very end, where I posted a faster split than Erin in the finish chute. Good day.

Orienteering race 19:27 [3] 2.37 km (8:13 / km)
16c

Could have been better, but I ran hard and took some risks.

Running hills 2:40 [3]

4, because Erin is mean...

Core 11:00 [3]

Because Erin is a cruel man, but I like core.

Orienteering race 35:03 [3] *** 4.3 km (8:09 / km)
16c

West Point Middle: Kind of sloppy, but I guess it went well enough.

Orienteering race 19:28 [3] *** 2.8 km (6:57 / km)
14c

Made a couple of mistakes which could have cost up to two minutes. This really frustrates me, especially because I came second by 14 seconds.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Various warming-up and cooling-down throughout the day.

Running 1:00:00 [3]

Really easy run, but it's time I get new shoes. My feet were in a lot of pain towards the end.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Up

Running intervals 11:43 [3]

Felt a lot harder than last time, but in my defense it was a bit windy and I had no water.

4 x 600: 1:55, 1:53, 1:51, 1:49 (I was pushing hard on the very first one. I'm amazed I cut it down that much)

8 x 200: 32, 32, 32, 31, 32 (Took an extra minute just walking for the purpose of self-preservation), 32, 32, 32

Running warm up/down 13:30 [3]

Rest between intervals

2 min. after each 600,
4 min. between last 600 and first 200,
30 s. after each 200 (with an extra minute of walking after the fifth)

Running warm up/down 24:47 [3]

My legs is not happies.

Running 1:00:00 [3]

Felt surprisingly good considering I ran the Billygoat yesterday. It wasn't especially fast, but I certainly didn't feel slow. It was also a fairly nice day.
