AHHH!! the first 3 legs (when I could actually run decently) I was winning!!! :-D :-D

on the other hand.... stupid legs!!! -.-

just tried not to get too stiff as i was as usual too early :-P

suffering from not having an amazing warm up...but it actually went okay!
was worried about legs from yesterday but they felt better! and i was more determined 'cause we were coming last when i left and i didnt want to duff it up....navigationly it was alright-the terrain is soo different from here though.. over the road felt more familiar :-)


numbeer 7- just went the wrong side of the hill...

number 14- bearing slightly off(blaming the confusing-ness path junction) ended up 50m too far right.


simplifying went good and picturing site went good :-) didnt like the run in..

made a few silly mistakes which I was annoyed at, and the 2nd half was alot slower than 1st cause my legs became really stiff and sore  when I started to go up the hill to 4 and 5:-( got my massage off rhona which helped, suppose I didn't do too badly considering   my legs... should have got under an hour though 

number 4- didn't concentrate enough leaving number 3 so ended up on the different path from what I planned. decided to ignore all the paths though 

number 6-was going good got my attackpoint but then ended up too low and had to go round and back up :-(

number 12- just slightly too high but luckily realised and went down to the path and back up to the control

went for a wee jog up ramoir through cairds wind and down arbeadie. managed to do it all just a slow jog. felt it quite sore at the start and end... but not thinking about it made it ALOT better :-) happy days
