Brown course at Clopper Lake.

I had second thoughts about going to this event, mainly because I was having some definite GI issues this morning. And because of this:

But I did end up going, and the rain wasn't bad at all while I was in the woods. The course was fun, and I did fine. There were some hills that were very difficult to get up because they were basically mud slides. I'm glad I was wearing my spikes!

I just had one sub-par route choice, but otherwise I was happy with my choices.

A muddy slog in the rain. I was very lucky that I didn't go down at a few of the more treacherous spots. It felt to be outside, though.

Body Pump. I was still a little sore from Tuesday's class, but I went anyway. Now I think I'm going to be very sore!
