Ran to Buffalo fields to flirtie walk to the track and field track and back up to daly fields.
pretty slow recovery pace, the distance was definitely longer, but I lost satellite signal.
after wards I did flutter kicks till muscle failure 5 times in a row, and then 30 push-ups
