Jogging warmup and cooldown, 4x100 meter strides, bum kicks, A's, a few B's and about a hundred meters of bounding. Light workout mostly to loosen up before Harriman this weekend.

Warmup, cooldown and rest between repetitions.

Running 16:23 [5] 4.4 km (3:43 / km)

4x1100m I intervals in 4:01 4:03 4:06 and 4:13 with about two minutes jogging between each one (logged separately). Another non-triumph of even pacing! My coordination was falling apart on the last one, even with backing off on the intensity slightly in aid of avoiding soreness come DVOA's A meet this weekend.

BC Middle Champs - another steady race in noticeably more runnable but still tough forest. Biggest mistake was going 150 straight on the second last control instead of taking the trail option.
