Another joggy walk. This time on footpaths over to Scholes and Hade Edge. More jogging than walking and even 3 x 1 mile actual running. Calf fine, Achilles ok.
Trail running30:00 [2] 3.0 mi (10:00 / mi) shoes: New Balance 780v3
Same walk as Sunday but in the opposite direction. Also trying out some different lines through the terrain. More jogging still. Calf now feeling fine throughout. More worried about the niggly R Achilles. Ice after.
Standard MTB loop, C-W for a change. New pb for this direction plus pb's for the vineyard and Snittlegate climbs.
