Easy out to Point Addis by myself and then back with Rosie and Nicola who had been dropped off there by Carl. Cold out but a fantastic twilight run, apart from some minor knee pain due to sand and steep descents - hopefully haven't triggered anything to serious to stop me from running tomorrow.

Probably the hardest marathon session yet and got through relatively smoothly apart from two toilet stops.. Not far from my half marathon pb, moving well. Nice to have Freddo on the bike for some of it - would have been tough completely solo.

Seems my knee hasn't liked the increase in easy mileage. Could probably session today but risk making it worse again - safer choice is tomorrow - frustrating as now I'm up for a solo sesh again.
