Easy run in High Park, usual loop.
Didn't want to do too much 'cause of the hip. Seeing the physio on Monday. Hope to nip this in the bud soon, so I can do a real run. Like Hockley!!

Note

abs are still hurting from the ab wheel on Wed before the run. Hurts to cough and laugh. Abs of Steel here I come!!!!

3 races I want to do at some point all happen on the August long weekend.

That means:
1.) I have a decision to make. How do I coin toss 3 options? :|
2.) I have my August long weekend booked for the next 3 years.

Note

I can't really booked what I did as training, but did do a lot of trekking and light jogging while setting/checking/tearing down CPs for the Great Toronto Rogaine.
8p.m-Midnight Saturday with 1L in High Park, Etienne Brule/Lambtom Park & Cedarvale Park. Some good steep hills and muddy, marshy areas.
Couple hours Sunday checking if they were still there. Took awhile to remember where they were in the day time.
And some tear down. Unfortunately, my headlamps were with 1L, plus the downpour, so I didn't get it all done. MJ will be doing the rest in lighter, hopefully drier weather Monday.

Congrats to MJ, 1L & Animal-O for a great, organized race.
And Congrats to all that raced.
