1k warm up
3k around the park w/ fartleks
1k cool down - this was really slow and painful, as my whole fashia along my right side was killing after the fartleks.
I hope this passes quickly and I can still maintain my speed goals for 2013. The races are creeping up.

Good to get out between cleaning, baking and Christmas shopping.

Osteopath apmt.
Apparently, too much of a good thing may not be so good.
Too many back bends in yoga has tightened up my back, causing all the issues in my piraformis.
So will cut out the yoga for the next 2 days & focus on stretching.

Left hip feels great, but now my right upper thigh killed once I stopped and I limped around the office for the next hour.
