orienteering race 22:31 [4] 4.71 km (4:47 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#2)

Sprint O Westmead
Great course setting.
Lost time through running a bit slowly and small mistakes. Lost a lot of time at #21 -dumb route out of control (didn't figure dogleg was best), then didn't (couldn't) read detail on approach to control and unnecessarily ran an extra loop to attack from S.

Fun.

run 15:00 [2] 2.0 km (7:30 / km)

Rolled out of bed for a run - took a while to warm up.

Wednesday Feb 19, 2014 #

cycling 30:00 [3] 12.0 km (2:30 / km)

Ride to-from soccer

soccer 20:00 [2]

Soccer - rather a niggly game as the referee failed to exert any control.

Eventually one of their players head-butted my full-back when the ball wasn't even in play and we walked off.

run 1:20:00 [3] 12.06 km (6:38 / km) +353m 5:47 / km
shoes: Asics GT 1000

Long run to work, initially it felt good bar a slight right-hip niggle, then when I got to running round the water (Greenwich onwards) it was much more humid.

Felt good to get a longer run in.
