orienteering race 15:46 [4] 3.45 km (4:34 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#3)

State League Sprint-O at UWS Richmond.

Felt fairly easy for most of the course, probably wasn't running anywhere near hard enough, about 90 seconds down on Mike B and just behind shingo.

orienteering race 15:56 [4] 2.9 km (5:30 / km)
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212 (#3)

Race 2 - UWS Penrith.
Again a bad route choice out of the blocks, then lost time trying to figure the map on a couple of the hard multi-level controls. The course wasn't printed with the "overprint" option that OCAD and PP had - compared to the morning race the blocking effect of the course is substantial.

Smashed by Mike B - again probably not running hard enough, and a messy run, although I beat Shingo by 10 secs. Everyone struggled with same legs.

run 20 [3] 3.0 km (7 / km)
