Orienteering (Hunter Valley Champs) 47:21 [3] 6.75 km (7:01 / km)
(injured) shoes: Inov8 212 (blue & orange)

The Powerlines - Hard Medium (M50+)
Back vert stiff so took a while to get going, warming up may have helped. Relatively flat and fast area with a few bingo controls. Apart from the lack of speed the only issue was a 6 where I took to direct map and lost contact so had to relocate from the track junction to the NE (a bit careless). Well worth making the trip especially with the Aus Champs starting next weekend.

HFW via LC park taking the bushtrack from Porters Creek. Just about managed to get home without the headtouch this week.
