Avondale University College - Hard 2 (M55A)
Wasn't sure how the knee would hold up so took it reasonably easy, even so managed to catch Undy by 7. Couldn't work out why I didn't see him at 8 although we took different routes (he missed 8 & 9). Cleanish through the rest but never very fast. Very surprised to take the win - it helped Jock & Greg were running down.

Barraba Lane - Hard 5 (M55A)
Good through 1 and 2. Usual issue at 3 when I was navigating to the control and then was distracted by someone higher up the slope so bumbled around there for best part of 10 mins before correcting myself. The back of my knee started to hurt coming out of four and I was reduced to a walk. Decided to pull the pin and walk back to the start, disappointing.
