Yes, Katherine and Jeremy beat me by 10 minutes on a brown course. And it turns out Katherine had her first case of (thankfully fairly mild) gastro, so we rounded out the day with a trip to the urgent care and then the ER at Children's. And it turns out she was patient zero, so the last 48 hours in Chez DeBons has not been fun. I was hoping my first foray into parenting a sick child would be more of the "I wonder how this snot sucker thing is supposed to work" variety, rather than an overnight stay in the ER so she could get pumped full of fluids, but at least she's feeling better now, and Jeremy and I seem to be over the worst of it.
On a brighter note, pohick was fun, and Riley's courses were excellent. Had a bobble on the way to #1, just couldn't seem to get the trails and reentrants to line up correctly and overshot the control a bit. Otherwise reasonably clean, but not feeling very peppy at all- in hindsight, probably an early indication of the gastro.
