Orienteering Meet race 1:05:39 [4] 7.4 km (8:52 / km) +65m 8:30 / km
shoes: Icebug #4's
Bear Creek Lake Park near Lakewood, Colorado.
Wanted to hang long enough to do an RMOC local meet.
They were nice enough to let me get out early so we could get a jump heading home.
Fun course, lots of yellow with some wet creeks to cross.
No mistakes and more of a runners course.
Goodbye Colorado, been a nice couple of weeks recovering from my rib injury 2 weeks ago.

Hike from Jan and Jen's house to Golden Canyon state park. Nice day with the dogs.
