Warm-up before the race. I had quite good sleep (about 3-4 hours) and the morning was just beautiful.
Orienteering race 1:48:00 [5] 19.0 km (5:41 / km)
Salpa-Jukola, last leg. Very good race, especially the first hour I felt very powerfull. Some bleeding from the nose erased my flow feeling, but I did a good fight until the finish line. On second last I did a big mistake, but luckily it did not cost any positions and managed to gain 9 positions. Overall our team did quite a solid job through the relay. After the race I noticed that I had injured my foot during the race.
