Orienteer race (classic) 1:06:38 [4] **** 6.65 km (10:01 / km) +140m 9:04 / km
shoes: Icebug MR2 811

Boulder Dash - Sargent Center, Hancock, NH - Red - Day 2
Drier than yesterday but a bit warmer. Pretty relaxed about this race and looking forward to it.
Ran well with decent map contact and route choices. Map vision is degrading and I am not yet comfortable with the magnifier, but I keep trying. Will try to get the GPS tracks downloaded to overlay the maps. Not sure why, I'm pretty sure I know where I was.
Results...

Run warm up/down (path) 18:00 [3] 1.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Icebug MR2 811

Warmup before race.

Boulder Dash - Classic Day 1 - Fox Forest, Hillsborough, NH
Rainy day but good terrain, course & woods. Ran well, very good nav sans two bad controls. I see glimmers of the navigator I'll to become (maybe in 20 years).

Run (path) 8:00 [3] 0.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Icebug MR2 811

Minimal warmup but felt sufficient.

Boulder Dash Sprint - Shielding Forest 1:4000, 2.5m
Beautiful open woods, wish there was room for more than a sprint on this map. Good course, fun time, ok run.

Run warm up/down (path) 8:00 [3] 0.8 mi (10:00 / mi)
shoes: Icebug MR2 811

Warmup before sprint.

Run (path & road) 1:38:00 [3] 10.8 mi (9:04 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno WR 905

Adler-IG lap. Nothing notable about the run. I wanted to run it to get some tracks but they looked awful (compared to yesterday). Either that little logger sucks or I need another place to carry it.

Run (path & road) 55:10 [3] 6.3 mi (8:45 / mi)
shoes: Mizuno WR 905

Adler Lap... First time with GPS tracker. Got the track downloaded and put into Google Earth but have yet to find anything other than MMR for displaying in browser.
This logger's accuracy is good enough for these workouts but I am concerned about how well it does tracking my orienteering. Will find out this weekend.
