Easy,catch up run with Hollie around birkrigg and seawood. Beautiful weather and panoramic views of the mountain range/coast. Why can't training conditions always be this nice!

Battle axe score-Bishop woods,
ran well, good compass and picking out things good. all 20 in 34 mins for a 60 min score surley they should make it harder...

Pro's: didn't really feel the foot pain much
think I haven't lost as much fitness as I thought, actually running quite solidly today, just felt shit for some other reason yesterday.
