After the thunderstorm came through, it seemed cooler, so I decided to run now, rather than later. But the sun came back down and the hills of Lincoln Park took their toll, so I was pretty worn out at the end.
After the run I was down 7.4 lbs from before swimming, so I have some hydrating to do.

First swim in quite awhile because of my eye. Part of the slowness was because I stuck with open turns, just to be safe, as I still have a bit of a gas bubble.

Finally got back to the eye doc today, and the retina is completely attached, so things are looking good. The air bubble now covers at most 15% of my field of vision. My right vision is only 20/50, and that's with pinhole assistance, but I remain 20/15 on the left.
Most importantly, I was finally cleared to run, swim and bike, so I ran from Ellison this evening. The black flies were too awful going up to Penfield Road, so I didn't return that way after doing a bit of Corbett's Glen. I brought bug spray, but it doesn't do any good if you don't actually put it on.
Did 1,2,3,4,3,2,1,etc. jogs followed by 1 min walks to ease back in.

Such a nice day, but still not cleared to run, bike or swim, so I decided to walk up and finally visit Knucklehead Brewery. They were quite nice and serving good beer, so I stayed for a second.
