Meadowbank school, orakei basin loop. Nice raining weather so not too hot :) Apparently its a cyclone?

Practice paddle with Rob on Te Atatu in the double. Good and actually quite hard as I haven't paddled in months. Were gonna do a deep water rescue but both of us chickened out in the rain :)

Loop from the Jennings, Bloodworth park and along Henry's mistake. Realised it was high tide so ran up into parnell and back down ayre st and up Arney. Nice to finally get to run again, sickness is gone!
