Still worried about my pulled neck/back muscle but felt it was safe enough to get some exercise in. Decided to do a speed walk on the tread mill. I have never tried this before.

The 12:00 pace was made walking (not jogging). So I was 1/2 race walking which I haven't done in years. I got a calf cramp later that night which shows I was using muscles I don't normally use. It was very hard to walk that pace but it kept me from using my arm and risking hurting my muscle again.
