Forgot my laser range finder which made things much harder. Had to do it the old fashioned way. I was working on a steep slope which made things really hard.

We played one of the good teams again tonight. Overall we played a good solid game. The other team was just a little bit more solid. We had a shot to win the first game but couldn't quite hold on. We lost 25-23. The second game we came out week and lost. The third game was good again but we had a section where we just gave up to many points and lost 25-21.

Expected to get bathroomitis and did. just did a short two. My legs not recovered from the stumble yet but I need to get in shape.

After a bathroom break, it was too dark to go run so I headed to the treadmill. I forced myself to keep going when I really wanted to quit or at least slow down. My muscles are really feeling it now.

See course description. It was very hot and there wasn't enough water on the course. I died which I knew I would. I did meet my goal. I finished alive.
