shoes: VJ Integrator (with dobs)

First real forest orienteering for quite a long time: went to the SE champs at Ashridge. Ran the Blue (8.2km) since the courses looked rather long! Nice deciduous forest with very few brashings and interesting courses. Didn't go particularly fast but got in the mood for some more orienteering next week.
