Running late to work as usual, so walked extremely fast; Ran errands during lunch; Went clothing & grocery shopping after work; Walked quickly home with grocery bags - if you don't believe this is a workout, then you've never seen how fast I normally walk :-)

Technique felt better in this race than in past races (better boots, no foot problems), but made huge 20 minute mistake when read map wrong and went down steep black slope and had to hike back up it
