Running warm up/down 35:00 [2]

Running tempo 24:54 [4]

TOTNT - Riverdale Rally Run

First time having someone else out on the TOTNT rally route. Was a good night for a run. Felt good coming through the first loop, but realized I wasn't going to set any new records and it felt like I pulled up a bit. Surprisingly though I was only out a second or two of PB time at the end of the east loop, so really pushed the last one and set a new PB. Felt solid.

West Loop: 11:16.21 (Cm. 11:16.21)
East Loop: 11:10.82 (Cm. 22:27.03)
UOTV: 02:27.10 (Cm. 24:54.13)

I've just setup a splits AP page for the TOTNT Riverdale Rally if ever anyone wants to come out and add their times.

Orienteering race 1:14:30 [3] ***

Peak-2-Peak GHO Race
Bad run on my part. Seems that orienteering is most certainly not like riding a bike ...you've gotta keep it up or you loose it (maybe not the basics, but any routine and speed)

Orienteering 35:00 [3]

Stopped in Burlington on my way home for an afternoon session on the Kerncliffe map, as I'd heard the Wednesday evening training ribbons were still up. They were, but sometimes hard to spot, even when standing 2 meters from them. Guesstimate on my time, as I didn't clock it.
