Road running race 21:14 [3] 3.1 mi (6:50 / mi) +6m 6:48 / mi
shoes: Saucony protread wide

Parkrun #9, Eaton Park

It was definitely just a week of getting it done. Another day or two and work will even out and that will be good for some consistent exercise. Today the run started fine but I knew that my training over the past week and pints the night could not support a normal pace. Best placing ever on low attendance.

This week is a bit of a mad dash to finish up at work so next week is peaceful. Aidan and I just rolled at a comfortable pace to wind down at the end of the day. Attackpt weather had said sun for today and the next two days; I don't think the fog really lifted today making the running damp and cool.

Road running (Mixed road-trail) 36:44 [4] 4.83 mi (7:36 / mi) +28m 7:28 / mi
shoes: Saucony protread wide

A longer run, ponies, broad, dark woods, across campus and then the longer Earlham-Colman street route. It wasn't supposed to be fast but I was rushing in the beginning and Aidan wouldn't slow down at the end.
