MTB 45:00 [3] 10.3 mi (13.7 mph) +860ft
ahr:124 max:154 weight:148.6lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Park Pointe-High Point: More of a squeeze play than I intended. I wanted to do a short but sweet ride before the forecasted rain at 2:45 PM. It started to drizzle just before I got home at 11. The current forecast is for rain to begin at 3 PM. Hmmm...it's still drizzling.

Walking 57:00 [1] 3.53 mi (3.7 mph) +249ft
weight:148.6lbs (injured) (rest day) shoes: Scott Kinabalu Supertrack

Madeline Park-Rainier Trail-Sycamore: Happy to have the hat, gloves, and rain jacket. Today's breezy 57 degree drizzle felt downright chilly compared to yesterday's 80 degrees and deep blue skies.

MTB 2:25:00 [4] 22.2 mi (9.2 mph) +5257ft
ahr:120 max:148 weight:149.4lbs shoes: SW MTB 2014 Bling

Olallie Ridge for the first time in 2019 on a spectacular day. I had to walk across two snow patches, one of which was about 6' deep at its deepest point over the trail. I rode with Pat, but his phone failed to record most of the ride.

Grand Ridge-Duthie: Great to be on the mountain bike for the first time in a week. And it was great to ride with Pat.

Hiking 58:00 [2] 2.9 mi (3.0 mph)
weight:149.8lbs (injured) (rest day) shoes: Altra Olympus 2.0 11.5

Squak Mountain backyard hike: I love the deepest green time of the year. The forest is lush, incredibly green, and exploding with life. Of course, I love the PNW anytime of the year, but perhaps not as much in a few weeks when the blackberry vines start to encroach upon the trails. Twisted my left ankle while gawking at the green!
