After my visit to physio yesterday we've decided I will try running every other day still running 5 min and walking 2 min to see how I hold up.

I've gotten a few more physio exercises after my visit yesterday, it now takes me the full 10 min just to do all the physio strength exercises. At least I don't have to come up with any other exercises to fill the time every day.
