Planned some tech training for myself on sale fell after being in exams all day! Did long legs at intensity 3 round the fell then up to the top and the crossing to the other side and round the marsh then back up to the top. Then 5x intensity 5, technical 200/300m out and backs, from the cairn. Then ran back looking at some contours etc.
Felt pretty bad at the start as I had a giant headache from the turpentine I was using all day but once I got going I really enjoyed it :).

10th, 1st woman - long. Took it quite easy after feeling the gluts on my warm up, made some minor mistakes and could have pulled back 1min on those. Really enjoyed it though on the lush area. :)) Would have spent more time there if I wasn't having to revise.

Ran down the road then picked up as the car was going past. Really nice, got down 3 villages but I didn't take my farming so I don't know the real distance.
