As much single track as I could find. One section was new to me. Felt out of shape or very slightly out of breath for the effort. Did rip one monster wheelie, and one shorter style wheelie over a bridge.

Next up:

* at home sleep study in a couple weeks. Over/under says CPAP will the be the result. Can I stop being fat and not have to do that? Won't hurt, she says, but also maybe not enough. Bad sleep exacerbates irregular heart firing.
* CT scan to prep for
* Ablation #2, this one less likely to be successful (75% vs 95% on #1), more invasive (small heart hole gets poked, also overnight), recovery is about the same (no lifting more than 15 lbs for a few days, then other than deadlifts, have at it). Could wait, but success odds go down the longer you wait.

We have traditionally gone with a flat points-per-partial-minute overtime penalty.

However, I think this could be pretty demoralizing for newer teams.

For Peach Mountain, Joe had no preference so the one I put into the sheet was roughly:

Take the ceiling of the minutes you were late (eg, 5:41 => 6)

Divide that by 2

Divide that by the max number of minutes late of everyone (in this instance, 30)

That number times your score floored to the nearest 10 points is your penalty.

If an 800 point team is 14:29 late, they lose 200 points. If a 400 point team is 29:54 late, they lose 200 points.

This way it stings more if you are fast, but doesn't make you -1200 if you were not so hot on planning.
