As much single track as I could find. One section was new to me. Felt out of shape or very slightly out of breath for the effort. Did rip one monster wheelie, and one shorter style wheelie over a bridge.

* at home sleep study in a couple weeks. Over/under says CPAP will the be the result. Can I stop being fat and not have to do that? Won't hurt, she says, but also maybe not enough. Bad sleep exacerbates irregular heart firing. * CT scan to prep for * Ablation #2, this one less likely to be successful (75% vs 95% on #1), more invasive (small heart hole gets poked, also overnight), recovery is about the same (no lifting more than 15 lbs for a few days, then other than deadlifts, have at it). Could wait, but success odds go down the longer you wait.
