Saturday Mar 13 #

10 PM

Walking 25:06 [1] 1.33 mi (18:53 / mi)
ahr:85 max:117

Saturday...surprisingly a hard day to get in time. Something to fill the rings to keep the streak alive.

Friday Mar 12 #

8 AM

Biking (Trainer) 43:47 [2] 10.68 mi (14.6 mph)
ahr:107 max:150 slept:6.5 shoes: Long Haul Trucker

Odd jump to 150 bpm for a bit there, not sure if real. Unusually plateaued.

144 w, 69 rpm

Thursday Mar 11 #

10 PM

Walking (Treadmill) 25:16 [1] 1.67 mi (15:08 / mi)
ahr:91 max:122 shoes: New Balance Weight

Quick walk to get a workout logged for my watch streak. Sleeping in is the bane a quality of a session with work being busy at the moment. Hopefully things quiet down in 2-3 weeks after this software release is done.

Wednesday Mar 10 #

6 AM

Biking (Trainer) 43:24 [1] 9.3 mi (12.9 mph)
ahr:93 max:100 slept:7.0 weight:241.2lbs shoes: Long Haul Trucker

hr is low, but it still feels like work

I was just excited for Harvey's 1st and 2nd birthdays. Now for his 3rd I found myself a bit sad yesterday that it was the end of the two year old era. We had a lot of fun times the last year!
12 PM

Biking (Trainer) 1:28:09 [1] 21.36 mi (14.5 mph)
ahr:110 max:121 slept:5.0 shoes: Long Haul Trucker

woo woo now can go back to a normal schedule.

Monday Mar 8 #

11 PM

Walking (Library return) 25:22 [1] 1.62 mi (15:40 / mi)
ahr:91 max:117 slept:6.0

Eventually I should get to reset and do something at lunch so I can get up early and get back on that train.

Sunday Mar 7 #

10 PM

Biking (Trainer) 1:38:07 [1] 21.01 mi (12.8 mph)
ahr:96 max:105 shoes: Long Haul Trucker

+21 makes it 750 for the year so far woo woo.

Hard fought. I think having the 750 out there made it happen, otherwise ambition and energy was failing. Harvey had a rough night, so I turned off my usual alarms and just slept on his floor until we got up.

I don't think I have to go into work, at least not immediately, so I can swing a lunch time tomorrow to get back in the regular game.

113w, 66 rpm
