JK Relay

3rd Leg for a Mixed AdHoc team on the longer leg. Felt tiered on the uphill leg to #3 from the past couple of days. Messed around in the circle at #6 and was too high on the butterfly lopp at the top of the hill on #8. For #16 I went low round the crags and that turned out to be a bad idea... Not such a bad run.

JK Day 3

Afer the fairly epic walk to the start, I just made my start. Messed up at #1 by just not going far enough but only lost a matter of seconds. I got caught by the guy starting 2 mins behind me and ran with him until #8 ish. Fell over on my bearing to #7 and riped my mapright through #8 and #11. Not sure if I took the best route to #13 as I did alot of zig-zaging (if that is a word).

JK Day 2

Only really lost about 1:30 at #3 by going the long way round some green to the crossing point and 1:00 at #8 by not relising sooner that I was too high up the slope. Other than that it was just running...

JK Sprint

Not a bad run until control #15 when I accidently crossed the river without noticing and then found #17 so when back to the bridge back over the river and to #15. After that took a bad route to #17 and #18 despite already have been there.

A recovery run from yesterday and for the core session later. Calfs hurt again.

Oregan circuits. 20 secs of core work then 100m run x10. 2 sets of that. My calfs hurt again a bit.
