Nashua River from Groton with Steve, Karen and Scott, and Adam for nearly half of it (he had to head back early). Felt surprisingly OK. Tired the last 20 minutes, and lack of energy - not surprising given we started at lunch time and I hadn't really eaten lunch beforehand

Shoulder, at the office. Biceps tendon attachment is still pretty sore, and still some tight muscles by my shoulder blade, but the PT said everything is feeling a lot more mobile now (no more lump of knotted muscles)
