Ultimate Frisbee 1:00:00 [1]
slept:7.0

I decided to check out the women's ultimate frisbee team this spring, since I realized that I really, really miss team sports. My options were soccer (been there, done that), rugby (I think I could be really good at rugby, but I don't want to get injured, and I think playing rugby is asking for an injury), lacrosse (ehhh), and ultimate frisbee (huge learning experience). The gals who play are in general supposed to be a good group of people, and it definitely seemed like it at the 2hr practice I hopped in on. I'll give it a couple more weeks and see where I'm at with it. It's definitely nice to have built in agility, direction changes, plyo, quick explosive speed, etc! Haven't had that in a fun, team setting since I quit soccer. :)
