A good session this one. 200, 300, 400, 400, 300, 200, X2. With about 80 seconds between each rep. Felt good running legs wise but my fitness still isn't there as I felt sick on a couple of reps. Looking forward to Harrow on Saturday but I shouldn't expect much seeing as I'm a year down and unfit.
