Bogle Crag, Breasty Haw and Blind Lane
Decided to aim just on the navigation today, just let physical be whatever it was.
Fairly clean, at least no big mistakes.
Maybe took a bad route to 11. Opting to go up, along the path and back down. Less risk but did lose a chunk to GG though others did lose a lot of time here.
Not such great direction in green to 13.
Duncan then caught me at 14 (or at least recaught me as started before. Running well but then he disappeared on way to 16...
Took the path option on 17 and 20.

Terrible!
Hit #1 by chance, though I was running down ride to north then hit the control which was a surprise!
But then made a right hash of 2, got distracted as the marsh wasn't as obvious on ground as I was expecting.
Then was scrappy to end.
Also not feeling great physically but didn't expect to be so far off the pace.
