Easy run on fields and trails by Proctor HS. Felt good to be running. Need to keep it slow.

Mowed all of the grass in Hermantown. Legs feel very good today. Will do some easy running tomorrow.

Walked to Ugstad and back. 2.2 miles. Seems to be helping the legs.

Perfect weather day for Grandma's. 5 mile splits: 38:40, 38:47, 38:59, 38:47, 41:29. Tough going the last 10K. First 10K-47:47, last 51:59. Ran first two with Jeff, which was fun. Very pleased with race. Legs very sore, hard walking after race.
