At BSU indoor track. Felt very good - last three miles were 7:20s

Another super February day for running: 45 degrees with a 10 mph wind. Needed a hard road effort: 7:23 (with wind), 7:10 (down), 7:28 (into wind), 7:10 (up). Felt good.

Mid-50s! Haines Rd/Twin Ponds along Skyline. Beautiful day for a run - over dressed of course.

Friday Feb 17 #

50 degrees - WOW. On the Lakewalk with Mary B. Sunny and hardly any wind. Not too many February days like this one. Ran fairly even pace, felt great. Longest run in months.

Thursday Feb 16 #

Nice run. 26 and sunny - wind shifting to the south to bring in the warm air. Only 74.6 miles for the month so far. Going to be a low mileage month, but do have some good quality.

Wednesday Feb 15 #

At UWS - continuous running included: 8 x 200, all at 40-41, with 200+ jog, ran in lane 4. Felt sluggish but times were ok. 3 mile warm-up and 2 mile cool-down.
