20 degrees and a light wind, but felt good. Need to toughen the body. Felt good to be on the road again. Knee felt ok

(rest day)

Have taken the last week off to rest. The knee has been sore, so thought time off would help. Also, have been working on a project at LSC - lots of hours and lots of writing. Now I remember why my running dropped off as I aged and worked full - lack the energy to do both :) Hope to get rolling again tomorrow.
