Nice day - 38, cloudy and no wind. Just an easy day as I am doing 20 x 200 tomorrow. My HS coach called these "Active-Rest-Days"

36 degrees, slight wind. Damp and foggy but nice day for running. Felt good. Weight was 160.7 after run, lightest since last summer.

9 AM run. 34 degrees and foggy. Most of the footing was good, but some slippery sections.

35 degrees, with a rain, sleet, snow mix - was soaked and cold by the end. Roads were still in good shape with some slippery spots. Surprised the legs felt ok after yesterday's workout.
