Win, Lose, Win

Honestly not as bad as I expected it to be. Legs felt very tired on the parkin clough climb, yet was 30 seconds quicker than a week and a half ago. Then the lose hill rep which is meant to be about a minute longer took me exactly the same time, which is odd, not sure why I suddenly became okay at running up hills then but hopefully I can replicate that in future. Then slogged back up Win hill, disgusting and ragged on but got through it.

4:30s gap is an absolutely criminal understatement as to just how steep that shit was (Strava claims 3:50s which sounds more reasonable)
