Logging my commute today because I worked hard. Some guy overtook me on the way to work then slowed right in front of me, so I charged up the hill and passed him, then had to sprint the rest of the way to work so as not to do the same to him... Then on the way back I had a guy behind me who I lost on the uphill section!

Still tired from the weekend. Lots of arms and core today to let the legs rest
Walked around to pick up a bunch of controls from Sunday. Met lots of mountain bikers who all asked what I was doing traipsing around with bags and stands... Great awareness building for orienteering! The gripples worked great as all the controls were still there, and most were on busy trail intersections!

Intro Tai Chi class at work as part of this health challenge we're doing. It was actually really fun and challenging. If only their Northshore classes weren't on a Wednesday night...

Slow and sloppy... Fun course, but my legs weren't having any of it and my brain was still in bed. Some positive moments interspersed. Great course by John!
