Work round the loop to Deep Cove. Today felt hard and slow. Time for this loop in December was 55 minutes and in February was 57 minutes, so things are looking up...

Orienteering 1:39:00 [3]

Silver Valley adventure. It was snowing (sunshine in North Van, so was not prepared), and I didn't fuel properly... So it was a slow go. Also took some very poor routes just so i could run in the beautiful emerald forest! Fun day in the forest!

Run after work. 10 minutes warm up, then 90 sec run, 30 sec walk/jog. Felt good running faster... Still trying to keep these week day runs under 30 minutes for another couple of weeks to build up strength again...
