Slow jog around Blackburn. Left it a bit late and it was warm. I am finding that a conscious effort to reduce the tension in my hips relieves the pain in my periformis, which is OK on the flat, but it is hard to relax going uphill.

Slow jog around Blackburn, attempting to not inflame my piriformis, which seems OK jogging, but hurts walking, sitting and lying down. Somewhat inexplicable.
