Trex X-Duathlon
First run was good, ride felt hard but ok, nearly cramping in the calves within the first 10 minutes on the bike, but held it together alright - until I had to get off the bike, when I could hardly stand because my back had completely seized up, took about 5 minutes to change my shoes over. The final run was horrid, but at least it wasn't too far
