2.5-3%. 5 mile tempo. All was good. Knee felt solid today.

Sam George. Recover run. Took awhile to loosen up. Last 3 miles felt good...first 4 not so much.

New York marathon route. Got done running with V and jumped straight on the mill. Felt good throughout.

3 mile corner. Quality run. Running outside is starting to feels a little easier. Town streets are finally starting to clear up.

Mullenax Hill. 3 x 800s. Was thinking about attempting 5 but there was no way I was going to make it. Wind in my face on the way down and uphill on the way back. 3:00, 3:04, 3:12. Made it about half way through the fourth.
