ESOC SOL 3, Pentlands.

Fell running, more or less. Went for the hillside on the long (20 mins+) leg 1 rather than scrabbling around in the woods. It might have been a minute or two longer because it was hard work once I left the paths. Made up a bit of time on the downhill legs. Pleasant enough but not a race I was ever going to do very well on.
