Aire "Sprint" - Crag Hill and Hawksworth. A mix of playing fields, streets and scrappy woodland. More woods than anything else. Not entirely in the game either physically or mentally. 1st M50 again.

Queenswood loop, trying to go fastish but finding it much harder work than Sunday. Surprised to just beat Sunday's time.

Surprisingly feeling much more like running this afternoon and went for a faster spin round Queenswood. Hopefully I have now recovered from last Saturday and the pain in my chest is less of an issue. It's still there, I'm just being a bit more stoical.

Kirkstall Bridge, Newlay Bridge, Butcher Hill. Steady, feeling a bit more comfortable than last night but tired by the end. Ran into an impenetrable mass of Otley Runners outside the Horseshoes.
