PFO Holcombe Ranges, Brown course. A bit tired. Started berry slow and got into it a bit once I had got up the first big climb. Nice day, a bit of sun. A long way behind.

Saturday Dec 15 #

5 bigger laps of Meanwood and the Hollies.Started slow and gradually got faster. The last one was hard. 24:42, 24:24, 24:00, 23:52, 23:25.

Left calf a little sore by the end.

Gledhow Park, slowish, struggling up the hills a bit. 50 miles in the last 7 days which doesn't seem entirely sensible. Interesting to see how long I can go before I break.
