Buckden, Buckden Pike, Starbotton, Firth Fell. Died on the last descent. Nice day but a chilly breeze.

Slow slow 7 arches. Full of 80th birthday lunch. Uncomfortable belly but otherwise quite comfortable.

Swimming at Scott Hall. 30 lengths in a determined manner in 28 minutes, then just ambled a couple of lengths while Evie carried on for a bit. Much less busy than in the summer hols.
