Last session so wanted to make it longer. When we woke up it was like -30! :S But we heard that it would be warmed up on the mountain, so went for that track. Up there it was "only" -13 :) Less then halfway in I could feel my grip getting quite bad so it was a bit of a struggle at the end and not super fast. Pretty tired now! I've done around 100 km this weekend and it is a bit scary knowing I have to do it all in ONE day when I do Vasaloppet in 6 weeks......

Long training in the morning with Ludvig, Anette, Kristin, Stina and Sara. Up on the mountain where the views were amazing. Felt good and felt like I could have kept going.

Holmenkollenspåret, a 17 km loop. With Anette, Erik and Kristin. Died a bit toward the end. My lower back + shoulders were really tired. Lucky the last 2 km were all downhill.

Training camp Vålådalen. Arrived in the afternoon so had to squeeze in two sessions in quite short time. It was quite cold, like -15. I was quite hungry.
