BOK training run - was planning to just jog home but Ben mentioned we could do this so cycled home instead and then headed over to Bradley Stoke. Blister not affected in Nike pegasus so road running fine for now :)
Firstly out to Aztec West. 1mile hard effort around that loop (5:22). Then over to bmx track and a lumpy bumpy effort around it! Then various efforts on the way back via Patchway. Fun evening and harder than I expected it to be. Plan to get into a good intervals routine from now.

Blakeney NGOC Regional
Great area and fun course, also felt I was running well. At that control 7 which had the wrong code I ran about a bit to check (1:15 according to gps) but was fairly certain, shame about it though. Carried on and was all fun until I fell into a pile of boar poo on the way to 14, all over my hands and map. So grim. Found a teeny stream but it hardly helped so just had to deal with the stink and wipe the excess off my map. Very grateful for the river next to download..
