Out to Ashton court via downs for wednesday orienteering, did a couple of easy short courses and back along downs again. Lovely weather and nice chilled session :)

Back in uni now for the last week of proper lectures, then revision lectures next week followed by another week of revision then into exams

Zero motivation for racing today but was pre-entered on brown so just jogged around to control 6 and enjoyed the views then headed back to the finish. The forest was actally really nice (compared to what i had in mind), just tired legs and busy head

Swansea Bay Parkrun
Decided over the last couple of days it's probably worth doing a 5km to see where I'm at. Legs felt heavy warming up but fine when we got going. Happy with this, 30s off the end of October time and was aiming for around 18:00 this summer time so on the right track :)
