Easy bike with Paul after the A-meet meeting. Good stretch for my legs

After the bike, we rolled to another area and did some upperbody stuff
pushups: 50, 40, 35
Situps: 50, 40, 35

Took a few days off. Had some rough issues, haven't had alot of sleep the last couple of days. Needed to lift to clear my mind, it seems to do the best when it comes to that.

Squats 4x10
Romanian Deadlift 4x10
Barbell Row 4x10
DB Bench 4x10
Lat pulldown 3x10
Russian Twists 4x10

Really tired at the end of the lift. good stuff
